What are children’s rights regarding punishment and teaching in English secondary schools?
dob_dob asked:
What rights do they have in school?
What rights do they have in school?
Like what warrants them being sent out of the classroom and how can they appeal to punishments given, also in respect to teaching what can you do if the lessons do not stretch the child mentally or teach you enough?
Any websites detailing these things would help as well.
