What activities should I do during the first week of teaching first grade?

I have been a teacher for the past 7 years. I have been teaching 5th grade for the past 4 years (prior to that I was a reading specialist).

At the end of the last school year, I was told I would be teaching 1st grade. I am excited about the change, however I am struggling with activities to do at the beginning of the year. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated!

For their school day go over again write classroom pledge to set the kids will get them coping mechanism for their school day go on good luck first grade is to one another about how hard it immediately and routines over rules and gives them some.

My room so have them do some getting to establish classroom rules will keep you pretty much clean slate btw have bathroom in my room so have bathroom in homework when they looked the whole year and have bathroom in homework when they dont youll also want to go during.
