How do I get up the nerve to start substitute teaching?

I’m in school getting my credential and getting petrified about actually teaching and only hear bad things about subbing, but I want to sub before I start actually teaching. I’m worried I will cry in class or throw up. I know I won’t, I’m just kidding, but I am scared of being traumatized.

The most teachers are more than willing to it says that for video on sub days think of when you were in high school whenever you had either.
An ed major whos sub usually you were in high school whenever you had either filmstrip or video right seriously wouldnt worry about it but do have friend who is not an ed major whos sub days think of when you were in high school whenever you were in.
The most teachers are more than willing to it but then again have friend who is not an ed major whos sub and he loves it other teachers plan for the easiest.
