I’m teaching 2 people to speak English, one of them speaks it okay the other one barely knows anything. They have a few English/Polish books they want me to go through with them. But how can I better direct the lessons so they actually get something from them? Thanks.

An elderly lady who was recommended to me by a friend’s mother who is in her late 60s wants to hire me to set up and teach her how to use a computer she just got. She knows basically nothing about computers. What is a fair rate to charge for setting it all up for her and teaching her how to use it? $15/hour? I don’t want to charge too much.
